The intent of the regulation is to implement requirements of 2025 legislative updates to the Kansas Insurance Holding Company Act (K.S.A. 40-3301 et seq.) made by 2025 House Bill 2334 related to holding company financial solvency testing and reporting. Further, adoption of an adaptation of model regulation 450 is an NAIC accreditation requirement for each state. |
