All title rate and charges filings with the Department are available for public inspection under the Kansas Open Records Act. To facilitate easier access by insurance consumers in this state, title rates and charges filed with the Department are available by clicking on the icon next to the name of the agency.

Title Agent and Agency Requirements

All insurance agents and agencies are required to maintain a current email address on file with the Department. The Department will utilize this email address to send reminders and other important communications about the requirements discussed below. In addition, all filings with the Department must be made electronically via email to KDOI.rf@ks.gov with “Title” in the subject line. Filings made in paper format will be rejected, which may result in a delay in the effective date of your filing.
