Kansas Insurance Commissioner Vicki Schmidt and Kansas Department of Insurance staff will be on-site in El Dorado to assist Kansans affected by widespread flooding in Butler County. They will assist with insurance claims questions, concerns and complaints.

Staff attendance is part of the Butler County Multi-Agency Resource Center coordinated by the American Red Cross.
